It turned out that Beomgyu didn't mind Yeonjun wanted to up their date forward from tomorrow to today. He seemed eager to see him, excited and happy, which should've made the younger feel guilty considering what he'd done, but.... there was nothing there.

Yeonjun felt no remorse, guilt or even a hint of sympathy for Beomgyu or his feelings. f*cked up, but that was how it was with him.

Beomgyu was a matter of convenience, someone to keep him some company when Soobin pissed him off or to keep his parents and sister at bay with the question about his love life.

Eventually, Yeonjun would have to break up with Beomgyu, this he knew had to end, but that would happen once he was Soobin's official boyfriend and not before.

Yeonjun might be fixated on Soobin, but he wasn't that much of an idiot to not have an ace in his pocket should things go awry..... like him actually bashing him over the head.

Nonetheless, Yeonjun had a date.

Nothing fancy and to the extremes Soobin went to to show a boy a good time.

Beomgyu was simple, it was just dinner and then a movie, no showing up at Yeonjun's door and giving him explosive-toe curling org*sms, either. Yeonjun sighed, disappointed by that. He was getting addicted to being so satisfied sexually, he knew he was and frankly, he didn't give a damn. Any person would trip over themselves to be getting the service Yeonjun was from Soobin's mouth and his co*ck, that was a given.

Speaking of him...

Yeonjun glanced over his shoulder and towards his laptop that sat on his bed. He smirked to himself as he watched him.

Soobin was sitting in his living room, a drink in his hand that he sipped leisurely as he stared down at a few pieces of paper he had on his lap whilst loud music played around him, a Tupac song.

Soobin was so handsome, so damned gorgeous that it irritated Yeonjun at times. He was constantly torn between getting f*cked by him or just looking, he was just the type of person to instill this type of feelings in people.

Around Soobin, Kai and Taehyun were also looking at several papers, each with serious expressions on their faces. Yeonjun didn't have to guess what had them all so concentrated, it was obvious.

Often he asked himself what led people down the path of not only doing drugs — but seeking them also.

Soobin didn't look like he needed the money, from what Yeonjun had found out. His family wasn't the wealthiest, but they were above middle class, so it didn't make sense to him at first... But the more Yeonjun started to think about it, about Soobin and what he knew; it was more a power trip than anything.

Soobin liked to control every aspect of his life, from how he f*cked his girls to how he handled social interactions. It made sense that he'd be the same about money and controlling a vice someone's habit to either sell or by drugs. Oddly enough, it made him more appealing; as if he needed him more appealed to him.

What did irk Yeonjun was the leech besides Soobin that was tracing her fingers over the tattoo on his chest near his shoulder.

Yeonjun's teeth gritted together as he watched Moa get so comfortable with Soobin while he let her.

The only reprieve Yeonjun had was that only hours before; about three or so, he'd been in his office f*cking him senseless and not her.

It was a petty victory, but a victory nonetheless and Yeonjun was taking it.

What he did find interesting was how Soobin let her get so comfortable. It was obvious they'd slept together before, based on the relaxed, open body language between them. What was also obvious, at least to Yeonjun, was that this Moa was seriously in love with Soobin.

He wasn't sure whether the ravenette knew it or not.

Frankly Yeonjun wasn't sure if Soobin cared, either.

Yeonjun had been about to leave them to it and finish finding something to wear for his date when he heard his name mentioned by the leech herself.

"So, who's this Yeonjun boy I'm supposed to meet tomorrow?" She asked Soobin.

Yeonjun noticed the way both Kai and Taehyun lifted their heads at the same time to wait for Soobin's response.

Yeonjun held his breath, nervous and excited to hear what he said about him behind closed doors.

"He's a boy I'm seeing," Soobin said in an obvious tone, without looking at Moa despite her scowl. "One that's meeting you, not the other way around, Mo."

Yeonjun cringed at the nickname and flipped the laptop off, mentally hoping Soobin could feel it.

"He's nice, Moa, and I think he's hot, too. If not a little outspoken, but that's Soobin's type," Said Kai to her and Moa sent him a death glare that could've melted paint off walls. Kai remained unbothered and shrugged, "I f*ck with him. He's cool."

"Probably because you want to f*ck him," Taehyun said bluntly, shaking his head at Kai.

"Well yeah, I'd hit it if he wasn't hitting it with SB but since he is, then I just like him because he's cool." Kai said casually and Soobin chuckled at this and rolled his eyes, while Moa and Taehyun remained unamused.

Sighing loudly, Kai smacked Taehyun's shoulder and shook him. "Can you get the stick you've got wedged up your ass out and help Moa while you're at it? You're both killing my vibe with the frowns."

"I like you, Kai." Yeonjun said to himself approvingly. "You'll be useful and you don't even know it yet."

"Don't get me started on that, we won't agree." Taehyun said and scoffed, then turned to Moa, "Bad news, Mo. These two idiots just can't see it yet."

"Hmph." Was all she said for a few moments while her lips were pursed. Turning to Soobin, she leaned her head on his shoulder and pulled herself closer to him. "I doubt Soobin sees it as anything serious. He has me now."

"I'm right here and you're all annoying me talking as if I'm not." Soobin snapped at them all in a low tone, then turned to Moa and moved her off and away from him, while taking her chin between his fingers. "You'll be nice, Moa. I mean it, keep the attitude here or don't come, got it?"

"Soobin, man—"

"Do you get it, Mo?" Said Soobin as he ignored Taehyun's protest and instead tugged at her chin more.

Moa glared at him, the tension between them thick and not in a good, sexualized way, either, but more in a challenging one, instead.

"Yeah, Soobin, I get it." She said, her hand coming up to his to push it away from her face. "Whatever, I'm sure he'll be a bitch and you'll get rid of him anyways, that's your thing." Moa said snidely and Yeonjun scowled at her, his hands clenching into fists.

"'Nah, I only reserve the ditching when it comes to you, babe." Soobin said to her sarcastically and Yeonjun winced at the cruelness in his voice as he stood up and walked past her. "Get used to being second place, Moa. That's your thing."

Moa sat there stunned and open mouthed, looking as if she wanted to cry and run after him at the same time.

It made Yeonjun smile to see his man come at his defense and then let her down off that pedestal she believed she was on.

"Don't pay him no mind, Moa. He'll come around," Taehyun said to her in a soothing, almost coaxing voice, like how one talked to a child, almost.

Interesting.

"I'm out, I have sh*t to do, alone." Soobin said to them all a few minutes later when he came back into the living room, now wearing a camouflage printed jacket over a black tee and his jeans, also black. "You can all see yourselves out, I'm not down for company tonight."

Yeonjun stilled, panicked that he'd try to show up here unannounced when he was getting ready for a date.

If Soobin started doing so then he'd have to make his contact use a ritual thing, because surprises were not in his favor if his eyes weren't always the same color, like today for example.

Yeonjun was still kicking himself for having greeted, let alone f*cked Soobin without his contacts on, but thankfully he hadn't mentioned the difference, which meant he was safe.

Of course, Yeonjun could tell him the eyes were false contacts, but if he did that then he'd have to explain so much more and he couldn't do so when they were still so early knowing each other.

It would be messy now, so Yeonjun would save all the explanations for when Soobin was in love with him and could overlook the little flaws; simple.

"Where am I supposed to go? I don't know anyone else here." Moa griped, standing up from the couch to fist her hips and glare at Soobin. "I came here to spend time with you after so long and you're just kicking me out? Is that what's happening here?"

Shrugging as he pulled a cigarette out of a box from his pocket, Soobin nodded. "Yes, sounds about right." He said, just as the flame of his lighter flickered against his cigarette.

"Stay with Tae, Kai, a random, I don't care for your sh*t right now, Moa. When I get back, you'll be gone and I'll see you tomorrow with a better attitude, understand?"

All she did was flip him off, curse something Yeonjun didn't understand and then shove past him.

"Nice," Taehyun muttered just as he stood to his feet and followed after Moa, only stopping for a moment, "Be nicer to her, man. She's family."

"Maybe if you had a better handle on your cousin this wouldn't happen," Soobin said dismissively and waved him off, "Talk to her or she's gotta go. Jungkook — where are my keys?"

"Where are you going? We don't have anything set up today," Kai asked and Soobin ignored him, too busy smoking his cigarette and waiting for his keys.

Jungkook, as always, appeared a few seconds later with Soobin's keys and his phone in his hands.

"Keep the phone, I don't want to be bothered." Soobin said to him and then without another word, turned out of the living room and walked out, leaving not only his boys confused, but Yeonjun as well.

His eyes narrowed and he rushed to his laptop, intent on finding a way to keep track of Soobin's whereabouts.

Yeonjun's fingers tapped quickly against the keyboard, the garage camera turning on once he'd turned it on to reveal Soobin walking in and standing by the door, staring at the assortment of vehicles there at his disposal.

Yeonjun cursed himself for being distracted and not having put a censor on his house, because while he was there he also could've programmed a gps onto his cars, which would've made this easier.

Stress knotted his stomach and he ran a shaky hand through his hair, nervously wondering just where the f*ck Soobin was going.

Taeehyung slammed a hand into his bed and screamed quietly at not having a single way to track him.

Goddamn it, Soobin never used his f*cking cars, it was why he had a driver for, for f*ck sake.

What was the urgency today?

Yeonjun screamed into his hands, frustrated that he had no way of knowing what Soobin was doing. It wasn't as if he could call him either, he was going off the grid and there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it.

Yeonjun couldn't take a chance of Soobin showing up when Beomgyu did.

He shut down his laptop, shoved it under his bed and went to his phone, grabbing it quickly and calling Beomgyu, only to get his voicemail.

Damn him, he was probably in the shower and wouldn't hear his phone.

Once the dial tone hit, Yeonjun cleared his throat and calmed himself as he spoke, "Beomgyu, baby… I'm running a little late, so meet me at the restaurant, okay? I'm sorry, but I'll make it up to you, promise."

A lie of course, but sacrifices had to be made sometimes.

Nervous and agitated, Yeonjun went through the motions of getting dressed, slipping on a pair of jeans, a short, gray colored shirt and pretty flats; casual and comfortable to match the mood of his date.

He checked the front door every few minutes, paranoid that Soobin was going to just show up out of nowhere, only to breath a little easier when an hour had passed when there was still no sign of him.

Yeonjun's heart hammered inside his chest and he willed himself to calm down and get it together. He wasn't coming here, Soobin said himself he wasn't up for company, that he wanted to be alone.

He was probably just frustrated by Moa’s unexpected presence, Taehyun's' foul attitude and whatever else Yeonjun didn't know.

‘It had nothing to do with me,’ Yeonjun told himself as he grabbed his car keys and his cellphone.

Soobin must've needed a moment to be by himself and away from everyone, that could be it.

With that in mind and soothing the panic he'd felt, Yeonjun left his house and jogged to his car, determined to go about his night as planned before his double life came crashing down on him.
