@Ask_Spectrum I had your service installed Sat and already the Internet has been down for 18 hrs today. The techs and customer service reps have no idea why there is an outage or when it will be fixed. I see on here that this same thing happened in Jan. What a terrible way to do business.

@GetSpectrum is horrible. Cost too much, customer service is trash & they dont care about the customers. However @LAsFinestTV is worth the watch.

@BPSuthard @ATT @wsoctv @wcnc @FOX46News @SpecNewsCLT @GetSpectrum @WCCBCharlotte @HuntersvilleGOV The utility company gets paid $35 a foot for that work. Any damages will be paid. 15 of my customers (I’m a landscaper) had stuff like this and i submitted a bill and it was paid no issues.

@GetSpectrum Internet is still OUT on our street that was a result from your tech “fixing something”. I’m still waiting on a response from you from 5:30. “You will def get a call within 90 mins to tell you when we are coming to fix it. We escalated your service call to the tech.”

@ATTCares I have been on the phone with you guys for a total of 6 hours in the last 4 days. The service person is coming tomorrow. If it's not fixed,spectrum is getting my $400.00 a month. Good luck.

@Ask_Spectrum I was asked to disconnect and power cycle to check an intermittent disconnect issue and the. Connect My pc directly to the modem which was followed by me losing wifi (for the previous reason which was expected) but wit your chat relying on wifi so much that if it switch to LTE

Multiple calls over multiple weeks to get Spectrum @Ask_Spectrum in Manhattan to switch on @Newsmax TV. Lots of finger-pointing, but but no Newsmax. Is Charter Communications @CharterNewsroom just one of the worst-run companies in the land, or is this an incipient shadowban?
