Upload and Submit

When you start to submit a deviation, you'll be prompted to upload a file. Once uploaded, the file will appear in your Studio, so if you want to save it and submit it later, you can. Learn more about what file types you can upload.

Ensure that all parts of your work, both visual and audio, are your own original creations. If you have used materials which are owned by other people or companies make certain that you have obtained proper permission or licensing for the use before you place your work online.

Categorize your folders by event, date or location to easily sort through photos and find what you're looking for. Use consistent naming conventions across all subfolders to make it easier to locate specific images. Avoid creating too many layers of subfolders as this can make finding the right photo more difficult.

Adding photo or video

Tap the + button on the List view to create a new entry. On the entry editing screen, tap the Photos button and select the photo or video you want to add to the entry. You can select multiple photos or videos (up to 30) on this screen if you are subscribed to Day One Premium.
