The Business HR Support (BHRS) Capability within the HR Technology and Enablement capability seeks to enhance the global HR capability group vision by leveraging Principled Based Management, optimizing the intersection of people, process, technology, to enable Business HR to focus on strategy and cultivate Principle Based Management (PBM) within their business. As part of HR Transformation and Enablement capability, the BHRS Generalist will engage in transformative HR practices, driving innovation, simplification, and scalability—particularly in performance management. This role collaborates with a team of dedicated experts to evolve the HR model and enhance the customer experience across the enterprise.
Our Team
The Business HR Support (BHRS) Capability works to advance the global HR operating model by leveraging people, process, technology, and new support capabilities to enable Business HR to focus on strategy and to cultivate Principle Based Management (PBM) within their business. This team is a part of the Global HR Solutions organization in Koch Global Services (KGS) which is a part of Koch Companies Capabilities (KCC).
What You Will Do
- Support supervisors in managing their direct reports' performance, including reviewing documentation, coaching on feedback delivery, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for Business HR and supervisors, providing day-to-day HR support on topics such as Performance Management, FLSA changes, myHR organization management, and termination processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with adherence to policies and procedures.
- Drive transformation through innovative ideas to improve HR processes.
- Foster relationships with customers, team members, partners, and key stakeholders through collaboration and proactive leadership.
- Manage competing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy.
- Independently handle complex situations, anticipating and satisfying customer needs while educating them to avoid future concerns.
- Utilize HR process knowledge to troubleshoot system challenges, including payroll changes, organizational management, and personal information updates.
- Demonstrate, coach, and apply PBM principles with employees, supervisors, business HR, and within the BHRS team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- HR business partnership experience (i.e. HR Generalist, HR Manager, etc.), with proficiency in HR practices and labor laws.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in building relationships remotely and working independently or collaboratively.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Cross-functional business experience, including relationship-building and delivering results.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms (e.g., Infor, SAP) and Case Management Systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Apps, Alteryx, and Automation Anywhere.
- Multilingual capabilities.
