A special touch is that each hotel room has a Christmas Tree in it. The double queen rooms with a balcony will have a smaller tree on top of the entertainment center. Rooms without a balcony and those in a two-bedroom, King Mini-Suite Or Santa Suite have 7 ft. Christmas Trees.

The fine details are not overlooked, as soaps are placed on a Christmas-themed dish, wreaths are hung with care, along with getting a fun souvenir ornament with each stay.

Standard rooms come with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While the upgraded rooms can contain gas fireplaces, a full-size kitchen, a two-person whirlpool, and additional amenities.

We highly recommend a room with a balcony. Taking in those mountain views with a cup of coffee in the morning is hard to beat.

Go On A Festive Scavenger Hunt

The hotel has such a vast collection of Christmas displays that they have put together a fun, ever-changing scavenger hunt. Pick-up your copy from the front desk or find a copy in your room. This is a fabulous way to see all the different amenities the hotel has to offer. In addition to not missing those incredible storefront displays on each floor.

Hint: Each floor is home to multiple displays!

Listen To The Glockenspiel

Situated towards the rear of the main lobby is the magnificent Glockenspiel. “Glockenspiel” is German for “play of bells”. The clock plays Christmas carols and strikes the time hourly from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The Glockenspiel is European Beech from the Black Forest region of Germany and hand-cast bronze bells from the Verdin Company in Ohio have been crafted into a distinctive carillon and clock.

The Glockenspiel is quite loud. Keep this in consideration when requesting a room or when taking small children who could be sensitive to loud noises.

Join The Evening Cookie and Milk Social

Who needs a happy hour when there is a cookie and milk social? Every evening cookies and milk are offered to all guests in the lobby.

During our stay, they were prepackaging the fresh cookies for guests to take back to enjoy in their rooms due to the pandemic.
